Ing. Martin Ludvik from Rodinná farma Ludvík, Czech Republic
"We are a small family farm and we like trying new varieties. Cameo® is an excellent variety that we can offer to customers up to half a year, and that they can not buy anywhere else. Plants of the Cameo® variety also provide a high and regular harvest of attractive apples."
Michal Adams from ŠAMPIMA s.r.o.:, Czech Republic
"We have been looking for an interesting variety for a long time, which would expand our offer of standard varieties. We wanted a variety that is sweet and juicy, but at the same time different from the others. It was also a condition that the variety could be stored well and offered on the market for a long time. We were also looking for something interesting that is not in the Czech Republic and where we get the exclusive right, both for cultivation and for sale. That is why our choice fell on the Cameo® variety."
Richard Edmed from Hayle Farm, England
"For a fruit grower perspective, Cameo® combines 3 important assets: great taste, great storability and long marketing window."
Ross Goatham from AC Goatham & Son, England
“We grow a portfolio of modern apple varieties to meet British consumers’ changing tastes, alongside some of the traditional old favourites. Cameo® is a fantastic apple for our farming business as it grows well across all of our 25 Farms here in Kent, it crops really well in our climate and it stores consistently and for long periods. This is helping us to extend the season for quality British apples with our supermarket customers and to give consumers a crisp, sweet and juicy new apple variety that they love to eat.”
